The Opportunity: DevOps Enablement Engineer

???? Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer who thrives on enabling innovation and driving transformation? FICO’s DevOps Enablement Engineers work to simplify DevOps adoption, ensuring seamless integration of GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Crossplane into development pipelines.

What You’ll Contribute

???? Help teams adopt and maximize DevOps tools in their pipelines.
???? Work with Product Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless DevOps integration.
???? Drive clarity and alignment through documentation, sample code, video tutorials, and training sessions.
???? Research industry trends and best practices to continuously improve DevOps enablement.
???? Use data-driven insights to optimize DevOps strategies.
???? Facilitate and moderate technical discussions to keep programs on track.
???? Act as a change agent to advance FICO’s platform-first approach.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experienced DevOps Engineer with a background in DevOps transformation.
✅ Strong expertise in Git, GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Crossplane.
✅ Natural teacher & communicator, able to break down complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences.
✅ Passionate about customer success and DevOps best practices.
✅ Experience in database design, distributed systems, containerization, API design, and scripting/programming.
✅ Ability to work asynchronously with a remote, global team.
✅ Analytics and financial industry experience is a plus.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
