Position: CV Writer cum Recruiter

???? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a CV Writer cum Recruiter who is passionate about helping professionals build strong career profiles and identifying top talent. This dual-role position is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who are detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to grow in HR and content writing.

Key Responsibilities:

✍️ Resume & Profile Development

• Write and edit professional CVs/resumes tailored to IT & Contact Center roles

• Craft impactful cover letters and optimize LinkedIn profiles

???? Recruitment Support

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments

• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to meet recruitment goals

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome!)

• Prior exposure to CV writing or recruitment is preferred

• Strong command of English (written & spoken)

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Basic knowledge of customer service is a plus
