Role Overview

We are seeking a UPSC Subject Content Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content related to UPSC examinations. This includes developing textbooks, study guides, lesson plans, and online resources that cater to the needs of students and educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

  • Research and develop accurate and engaging educational materials on UPSC subjects.

  • Write and edit content for textbooks, study guides, lesson plans, and digital resources.

  • Organize and structure complex information in a logical, clear, and accessible manner.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and educators to align content with curriculum standards.

  • Integrate multimedia elements (e.g., images, diagrams, interactive content) to enhance the learning experience.

• Research & Updates:

  • Stay updated on UPSC examination patterns and syllabus changes to ensure content accuracy.

  • Revise and improve existing content based on feedback from reviewers and educators.

• Project Management:

  • Ensure content meets instructional objectives and is delivered on time.

  • Collaborate with design and production teams for seamless integration of content into educational products.

Requirements

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
✅ UPSC Qualification: Must have cleared UPSC Prelims
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year of content development (Preferred)
✅ Skills:

• Strong research and analytical abilities

• Excellent writing and editing skills

• Ability to present complex concepts clearly

• Familiarity with UPSC syllabus and exam patterns
  ✅ Location: Must be based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh
