Customer Service & Operations:
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally to provide information about products and services.
Address and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated authority for further investigation.
Client Management & Retention:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Handle client accounts and support in their growth and retention.
Take customer orders, process invoices, and manage operations-related tasks.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain Excel reports, Google Sheets, and work on company portals.
Generate necessary reports and analyze customer data for improvements.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure high-quality service delivery in every customer interaction.
Meet and exceed productivity targets and compliance regulations.
Adapt to changing business requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Education: Undergraduate/Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Ability to consult, influence, and provide solutions effectively.
Soft Skills:
