Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Service/Support Desk Agent to assist with service requests, data entry, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry and possess excellent communication skills. The role requires fast and accurate data entry, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support for process documentation and system updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fast and accurate data entry to support operational needs.
• Handle service requests efficiently and ensure prompt resolution.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to their development and improvement.
• Assist in process documentation to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Conduct system updates and ensure accuracy in records and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a service desk, support desk, or data entry role.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and documentation with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SOPs and system update processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing support environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, workflows, and data systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately.
