Position Summary

As a Maintenance Services Representative (MSR), engaged through an Employer of Record, you will perform line maintenance and troubleshooting of Aircraft IFEC systems and related equipment. You'll ensure these systems are functioning optimally, meeting safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

✈️ Aircraft Maintenance & IFEC Systems

• Perform full line maintenance, including troubleshooting down to LRU level, cabling, and functional tests post-repair.

• Carry out component replacements, inspections, adjustments, and cabin sweeps.

• Handle transit and maintenance checks, airframe/engine/system defect rectification.

• Certify work performed under Panasonic or airline-issued authority.

• Interface and communicate with airline customers directly.

• Promote Safety Management System (SMS) culture and uphold QA processes.

???? Administrative Duties

• Complete aircraft and Panasonic maintenance documentation accurately.

• Assist with inventory management, including packaging, shipping, and cycle counting.

• Maintain high standards of tool care, housekeeping, and safety.

• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Proven experience or relevant background in aircraft line maintenance or IFEC systems.

• Sound understanding of basic computer/electronic theories and hands-on with test equipment.

• Ability to work in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedural standards.

• Must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and a strong communicator.
