???? Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sales, Ops, Tech, etc.).

• Design and execute innovative hiring strategies to source top talent.

• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks.

• Build a strong employer brand that attracts the best professionals in real estate.

• Structure and streamline onboarding processes for new hires.

✅ Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting, preferably in real estate or hospitality sectors.

• Proven sourcing and networking skills.

• Hands-on experience with HR tools, ATS, and employer branding.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
