Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sales, Ops, Tech, etc.).
Design and execute innovative hiring strategies to source top talent.

Build a strong employer brand that attracts the best professionals in real estate.
Structure and streamline onboarding processes for new hires.
2+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting, preferably in real estate or hospitality sectors.
Proven sourcing and networking skills.
Hands-on experience with HR tools, ATS, and employer branding.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
